The sound isolation in the hotel was poor, resulting in disturbances from hallway noise, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered was of low quality, leaving much to be desired.

I chose this hotel for my attendance at a brainstorming session because of its convenient location, only 12 km from Cairo Intl Conference Centre. The property provided a comfortable and clean room, along with excellent customer service. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a productive stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Although the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff, the absence of a designated workspace made it slightly challenging for me to complete some urgent tasks efficiently.
